Do you offer training in-house? If so, what do you require?

Yes. We are happy to train at the location of your choice. Our trainers require a projector and internet access, and your training room must comfortably seat all attendees.

Can you customize a course or training program to meet our specific requirements?

Yes. All of our classroom-based training courses can be tailored to suit a client's needs. Our online course content is not customizable, but we do offer options for personalizing access to your these courses via our Learning Management System (LMS).

How can I track my employees' completion of online training courses?

As a corporate client, you will have access to an administrative interface within our LMS, which will enable you to view your employees' progress on an individual or per course basis. Employees can access their own transcripts at any time to track their progress.

My company has its own LMS. Can I import your online classes to my existing LMS?

We do not currently offer the option of importing our online classes to your LMS, although this is something we may offer in the future. However, we do offer the option of customizing the look and feel of our LMS to match your company's branding. We can also provide code which links your existing LMS and/or intranet site to ours, so the user interface between the two is as seemless as possible.
