Skills Evaluation Module
It is imperative that employees posses the necessary knowledge and skill-set to properly operate and maintain critical infrastructures. Ensuring that each employee/team skill-set are aligned with the critical infrastructure complexity is of absolute urgency for today’s uptime requirements.
DC Professional has developed a methodology to assess the appropriate experience an employee/team are qualified for, so that managers can make more informed decisions as to their corporate training requirements. This methodology has been packaged into our standard skills evaluation module and covers Mission Critical Operations, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Life Safety.
This module will be available in February 2012.
How does it work?
The student will be required to answer a series of approximately 100 questions housed on our online education portal. They must have created an online account and profile.
Based upon the student's final score, they will be given recommendations on which courses they should enroll in first with the ultimate goal of reducing operational risk.
Managers will be allowed to view the individual/team results as well as statistics on overall scores from all students.
What does it cost?
There is a per seat cost of $200.
